Amnesty International has found evidence of unlawful Israeli military attacks on health facilities, ambulances, and medical workers in Lebanon between October 3-9, 2024. These attacks killed 19 healthcare workers, wounded 11 others, and destroyed medical infrastructure—violating international humanitarian law.
Israel has not provided credible justification for targeting these sites, and accountability is urgently needed. Lebanon must grant the International Criminal Court (ICC) jurisdiction to investigate these war crimes and ensure justice and reparations for victims.
A ceasefire was announced, but the damage to Lebanon’s fragile healthcare system lingers. Medical workers continue to provide care despite destroyed facilities and lost colleagues. The world must not remain silent.
📢 Justice for victims. Accountability for war crimes. Protection for medical personnel.
